Shipping And Handling

We ship orders placed in the webshop for the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands) by ParcelforceAll shipping charges are at cost and include tracking and insurance. Charges for International (and the Channel Islands) orders are based on the projected weight of the goods in your basket and destination; our Online Shop software calculates the charges automatically upon checkout. 

Cutoff Times

Domestic (UK) orders must be placed in the webshop no later than 14:30 on business days to be processed for dispatch for that day's courier pickup (suject to stock availability).

 

Delivery Schedule

Subject to stock availability we generally process and dispatch UK Parcelforce standard orders within 1 working day (excludes weekends and holidays). International (and the Channel Islands) orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 working days, subject to courier pickup scheduling. Delivery time following dispatch varies depending on your location and choice of delivery method. Listed below is an estimated timetable for deliveries (we would urge customers to allow for unforeseen problems or customs clearance delays):

Parcelforce Standard:

Zone 1 (1-2 days )
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
Zone 2 (2-3 days)
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3 (2-3 days)
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

BFPO orders are sent by Parcelforce to the Ruislip BPFO before being sent on to their destination and so will fall into the Parcelforce Standard Zone 1 charge. 

Please note as all parcels are delivered by outside companies, Deco cannot offer guarantees in regards to specific delivery times. We would like to ask our customers to please bear this in mind when placing orders.

DHL and DPD courier:

DHL to the Channel Islands, ROI, and most EEC countries will take 1-3 days. DHL to non EEC countries can take up to a week. DPD to EEC countries can take 3 days to a week to arrive.

Please note that PO Boxes are not accepted by DHL as a valid shipping address - make sure that there is an actual house/building name/number and street for your shipping address.

Royal Mail option

We now offer a Royal Mail 'non-urgent' delivery option with the UK (includes any standard Parcelforce zone, the Channel Islands) and ROI (surcharge £1.00) for small orders at a charge of £3.99. This will apply only as an option to orders with the following: edible inks, edible pens, stencils and transfer sheets where the total weight is under 500g. The order will be sent via 1st class standard post, which does not include tracking or insurance. Whilst general delivery times seem to be within a few business days, we would like to point out that Royal Mail considers 15 days after posting to be the normal time frame for a parcel to be considered lost, which means we would not be able to refund/resend an item until that time has expired.

Please note that this is option is available for phone orders only.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of being a food product, the goods sold by Deco Enterprises Ltd entitled you to a refund under the following conditions.

a. The goods have been badly damaged during transit and we are unable to replace them in timely fashion.
b. Where the goods are proven to be faulty.
c. Where Deco Enterprises Ltd have incorrectly filled the order.


Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Deco Enterprises Ltd, you are considered the importer of all goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. Deco will not, under any circumstances change invoice information for customs purposes.
